I had a lovely time during my stay at King Street Townhouse. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the hotel's location made it super convenient for exploring the city. While the service was mostly attentive, I did encounter a few hiccups, especially with room arrangements and breakfast billing. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would happily repeat! 😊

My room had a quirky layout, was reasonably spacious, and I appreciated the clean and well-appointed bathroom. However, I was surprised to be given a disabled-designed room when we were upgraded. It felt a bit mismatched compared to my friends' fabulous room at a lower cost.

The food was delicious, whether it was breakfast or snacks. I enjoyed that there was a variety and even a chance to pre-order gluten-free options for afternoon tea, making it a nice dining experience. However, breakfast was not included as initially confirmed, which was disappointing.

I unfortunately didn't get the chance to use the spa facilities during my stay due to time constraints, but I've heard wonderful things about them, especially the infinity pool. It looks like a good way to unwind after a day of exploring.

My stay was good, particularly with the serene surroundings and stylish decor. The rooftop infinity pool offered stunning views of Manchester, although I did encounter some cleanliness issues with empty cups left around. Additionally, while the afternoon tea was lovely, the 90s chill-out trance music did not match the ambiance I expected.
